Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) Tube Assembly Line
The ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) tube assembly production line is a highly automated system specifically designed for manufacturing blood sedimentation tubes used in ESR testing. Integrating key processes—including flexible tube loading, precise liquid dispensing, efficient drying, intelligent capping, vacuum stoppering, and offset tray loading—the line enables fully automatic output from empty tubes to finished products, requiring only one skilled operator to meet full production demands.
This production line is tailored for the medical consumables industry, serving hospital laboratories, third-party diagnostic centers, and IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) manufacturers. It mass-produces standardized glass ESR tubes pre-filled with 3.8% sodium citrate (blood-to-anticoagulant ratio 4:1), widely used in the auxiliary diagnosis of inflammatory conditions, infections, rheumatic diseases, and malignancies.
