Integrating key processes—including flexible tube loading, precise liquid dispensing, efficient drying, intelligent capping, vacuum stoppering, and offset tray loading—the line enables fully automatic output from empty tubes to finished products, requiring only one skilled operator to meet full production demands.

Manufacturing Process

Flexible Tube Loading: Track-based drop mechanism loads 10 tubes per cycle without damaging labels, ensuring stable and reliable placement.

Triple Liquid Dispensing Systems: Dedicated systems for anticoagulant (3.8% sodium citrate), atomized anticoagulants (e.g., K₂/heparin), and clot activators, featuring high-atomization nozzles and ultrasonic auto-cleaning.

Dual Drying Stations: PTC rapid heating with precise temperature control via solid-state relays; each station operates independently for uniform coating drying.

Smart Capping & Vacuum Stoppering: Dual safety design (mechanical cap pickup + vacuum suction) combined with servo-proportional vacuum control ensures excellent sealing and stability.

Offset Tray Loading: Tubes are directly loaded into foam trays after offset positioning—no intermediate handling required.
